3. No Guarantee of Admission

While we provide expert guidance and comprehensive support throughout the admissions process, we cannot and do not guarantee admission to any educational institution. Admission decisions are made solely by the respective schools, colleges and universities. Our role is to present the strongest possible application and to advise on the most suitable institutions based on the student's profile and aspirations.

4. Client Obligations

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Respond to requests for information and documentation in a timely manner
• Comply with the requirements and deadlines of the relevant educational institutions
• Inform us promptly of any changes in circumstances that may affect the services we provide

5. Fees and Payment

Certain services provided by Maryadi Group, such as school selection and university admissions support, are offered at no cost to families. Where fees apply, particularly for guardianship and specialist services, these will be clearly communicated and agreed upon in writing before services commence.

Payment terms are as follows:

• Fees are due as specified in the individual service agreement or invoice
• All fees are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated
• Late payments may incur reasonable administrative charges
• We reserve the right to suspend services where payments are significantly overdue

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Where a service agreement has been entered into, cancellation terms will be set out in that agreement. For guardianship services, notice periods apply as specified in the guardianship contract. Refunds for fees already paid will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the work already completed.
